Solutions Architect
Job Description
Lasso is the AI Security Platform built for the agentic era. As organizations race to deploy AI agents and agentic applications, Lasso provides the only continuous security loop spanning discovery, AI security posture management, automated red teaming, and runtime protection. By connecting these capabilities in a single platform, Lasso gives security teams complete visibility over their AI environment, proactive risk management, next-generation adversarial testing, and real-time threat response ensuring every agent behaves within its intended scope at every stage of its lifecycle.
As our first Solutions Architect, you'll be the founding member of this function. You'll own the full technical lifecycle for private-cloud and hybrid deployments: scoping, architecture, hands-on deployment, and ongoing customer success. This is a team we plan to grow, and you'll shape how it operates.
Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Support: Join sales engagements for prospects requiring private deployments. Lead technical discovery, run demos, and design deployment architectures tailored to customer environments.
- Deployment Ownership: Own hands-on deployment of Lasso's platform into customer cloud environments. Guide customers through networking, identity, and security configurations specific to their infrastructure.
- Documentation & Artifacts: Create and maintain the materials that enable customer success: Deployment guides, architecture diagrams, solution use-cases, and technical playbooks.
- Customer Technical Support: Serve as the technical point of contact for deployed customers. Troubleshoot issues in environments you may not have direct access to - This requires strong skills in observability, log analysis, and diagnosing performance and scalability problems remotely. Handle technical requests and support expansion needs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Interface with Engineering on deployment-affecting changes, new features, and updates. Work with Product on release notes and to ensure customer requirements inform the roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Engineering, DevOps, or Solutions Architecture roles, with experience supporting mid-market to enterprise accounts
- Strong foundation in infrastructure: Linux, containers, networking
- Hands-on experience with one of the major cloud-providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes or others)
- Experience deploying and supporting complex distributed systems
- Excellent English (written and verbal) comfortable with both technical deep-dives and executive-level conversations
- Ability to work with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Nice to Have
- Background in cybersecurity or security-focused SaaS
- Familiarity with enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001) and their infrastructure implications
- Ability to read application code (TypeScript/Node.js) to understand system behavior
