We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Director of Sales to drive our growth and lead our sales initiatives. This is more than a role, it’s your chance to shape the future of cutting-edge AI technology!
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that position our AI solutions at the forefront of the market.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, driving their success and professional development.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption of our platform.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance our sales approach.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales metrics and market data to refine strategies and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Channel Orientation: Working closely with leading channel partners and promoting channel onboarding, engagement and execution.
- Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure exceptional service and support.
- Own and execute the end-to-end sales process: from discovery calls and demo presentations to deal negotiation, legal and closing.
- Qualify and prioritize new leads in collaboration with Product engineering, based on account growth potential and business fit.
- Own, review, report and optimize new studios revenue pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven track record with 7+ years in B2B sales, Enterprise sales. including experience in SaaS or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of building and managing successful sales teams.
- Exceptional understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both clients and teams effectively.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing metrics to assess performance and guide strategies.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close large 7-figure deals with complex terms.
- Strong experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams, including recruitment and mentoring.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of business and IT contacts within large organizations.
- Self-starter with a track record in companies experiencing rapid growth.
- BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
- Existing business relationships within the territory are desirable.
- Experience working closely with marketing, systems engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
