We are seeking a highly motivated Channel and Partnerships Director to play a pivotal role in expanding our market share and driving growth through strategic channel partners. In this role, you will recruit, onboard, enable, execute joint Go-to-Market activities to generate new pipelines, and drive sales opportunities to grow our mutual business with partners and maximize revenue opportunities for Lasso Security.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing channel relationships from scratch and building and managing successful reseller partner ecosystems in cybersecurity. We are looking for a highly motivated person with excellent communication and people skills, resourceful, trustworthy, and enthusiastic to grow the business through the power of partnership and relationship, given the opportunity of high speed startup culture.
Responsibilities:
- Hunting and recruiting new channel partners relevant to our target markets.
- Onboarding, training, and enabling new partners to sell our solution.
- Leading presentations and demos to new and existing partners.
- Building and executing joint Go-to-Market plans to grow revenue.
- Building a pipeline of sales opportunities with partners.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive channel growth.
- Work with internal sales and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal collaboration with partners.
- Establish a Partner Program - partner program for partners is essentially a structured framework designed to help them sell, promote, integrate, or support your product or service while ensuring they get clear value and incentives for their effort.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel account management or sales within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of driving channel sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build long-term relationships with partners based on trust.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player and collaborator, with a proactive and professional approach.
- Ability to work in a high-demand environment and showing flexibility when required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with multitasking skills.
- Proven “hunter” skills, relentless, resourceful, innovative
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
- Experience in working with SaaS & cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable.
- A network of Application Security resellers with whom you can open the door for Lasso
