We’re now looking for a HRBP Team Lead to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Own the full HR lifecycle globally - from onboarding, performance management, and engagement to policies, and offboarding.
  • Build HR infrastructure from the ground up - design and implement HR frameworks, define scalable processes, select and roll out HRIS and performance systems, and establish best practices tailored for a rapidly scaling, global startup
  • Develop KPI-driven HR programs that measure and improve employee performance, retention, engagement, and manager effectiveness.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders at all levels, from team leads to C-Level, providing expert and hands on HR guidance and support.
  • Work closely with the Senior Recruiter to align hiring with workforce planning and employee development.
  • Drive people programs that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure global compliance and scalability of HR policies across regions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and change agent, balancing employee advocacy with business needs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to global HR practices.
  • 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Proven hands - on ability to build HR processes and infrastructure in a scaling company.
  • Strong understanding of core HR domains: performance, engagement, employee relations, compensation
  • Excellent adaptability and strong communication skills, with the confidence to advise senior leadership.
  • Experience working closely with recruiting or talent acquisition teams.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving startup.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar relevant field
