We’re now looking for a HRBP Team Lead to join our team. As our company grows, we are looking for someone who can bridge business needs with people strategies, helping us scale a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged culture. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our people practices at Lasso, working closely with leadership and employees across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full HR lifecycle globally - from onboarding, performance management, and engagement to policies, and offboarding.
- Build HR infrastructure from the ground up - design and implement HR frameworks, define scalable processes, select and roll out HRIS and performance systems, and establish best practices tailored for a rapidly scaling, global startup
- Develop KPI-driven HR programs that measure and improve employee performance, retention, engagement, and manager effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders at all levels, from team leads to C-Level, providing expert and hands on HR guidance and support.
- Work closely with the Senior Recruiter to align hiring with workforce planning and employee development.
- Drive people programs that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure global compliance and scalability of HR policies across regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and change agent, balancing employee advocacy with business needs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to global HR practices.
- 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members
- Proven hands - on ability to build HR processes and infrastructure in a scaling company.
- Strong understanding of core HR domains: performance, engagement, employee relations, compensation
- Excellent adaptability and strong communication skills, with the confidence to advise senior leadership.
- Experience working closely with recruiting or talent acquisition teams.
- Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving startup.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar relevant field
