We are looking for our next SDR to join our outbound sales team focused on the USA. We offer: close mentorship, professional coaching and uncapped commission. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, open to learning and a person who hits their targets. Working with phone, email, LinkedIn - your goal is to get in touch with qualified security leaders, articulate Lasso’s offering and book them for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Reach monthly KPIs for meetings completed, and pipeline generated
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for opening new accounts
- Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, and social media to schedule meetings
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales roles within SaaS companies
- Native-level English (spoken and written)
- Hands on experience in Cold Calling, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Orum, Salesforce, Apollo
- A high degree of resilience, and coach-ability and are willing to receive and implement feedback.
- Workdays are Sunday - Thursday with some availability needed on Friday
Nice to have:
- Sales experience in B2B - advantage
- Experience from cyber companies - a big advantage
