We are seeking a highly organized, assertive, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who can ensure smooth management processes across the organization and will be a strategic partner to the CEO.
This role includes managing the CEO’s calendar, participating in executive meetings, documenting and following up on decisions and actions, and gaining exposure to the company’s strategic processes. It’s a key supporting position that plays an integral role in the company’s management and organizational flow, directly influencing the executive team’s effectiveness and the company’s forward progress.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including: scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and flight itineraries, tracking time zones and managing schedule conflicts
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-up notes for meetings as needed.
- Coordinate monthly in-person meetings with the CEO
- Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams
- Work closely with the COO and Head of Operations to ensure alignment on organizational needs and internal processes
- Work primarily U.S. hours (EST), with flexibility to occasionally support meetings or communications during Israel business hours
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role- preferably within a tech startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Excellent proficiency in: Google Workspace (G Suite), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proven assertiveness: able to take initiative, push tasks forward, and ensure follow-through with senior stakeholders
- Based in the United States with the ability to meet monthly in Washington, D.C
