We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who excels at hands-on project management and execution. This role is about making sure all marketing activities, from content creation, campaigns and events to vendor deliverables, are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage external vendors and freelancers (design, website developers, event organizers, digital agencies, content writers, SEO, video creation) to deliver high-quality work.
- Oversee execution of marketing GTM campaigns and activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Support channel partners with all marketing materials and run all joint marketing initiatives in EMEA.
- Track budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure campaigns and projects stay within financial limits.
- Execute and coordinate logistics and marketing efforts for industry events, webinars, and conferences from A to Z. Initiate ideas, create content and marketing material, prep speakers, both hosted and 3rd party.
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to align deliverables with company priorities.
- Support content production (case studies, blogs, social posts, collateral, video productions) by managing contributors, content suppliers, different vendors, and internal approval process, while keeping schedules on track.
- Monitor KPIs (leads, registrations, engagement) and provide regular updates on progress and campaign results, as well as setting up a campaign in HubSpot/Salesforce, updating landing pages, or coordinating a media GTM of company marketing activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Cybersecurity experience- a must
- Strong project management skills, organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking.
- Proven track record in executing campaigns, email marketing, and content calendars with measurable results.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, freelancers, and keeping them accountable to budget and deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, project management platforms), comfortable overseeing and using - Webflow, Figma, Google TagManager, Search Console.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, working across teams and with senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a lean team and fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift quickly.
